Manhaj est conçu pour respecter la loi organique tunisienne n° 2004-63 relative à la protection des données à caractère personnel et les exigences de l'Instance Nationale de Protection des Données Personnelles (INPDP). Déclaration — chaque établissement (tenant) bénéficie d'une déclaration pré-remplie facilitant ses démarches auprès de l'INPDP. Sécurité — les données sont chiffrées au repos (AES-256) et en transit (TLS). Les accès sont journalisés dans un registre d'audit signé et vérifiable. Droits des personnes — accès, rectification et suppression sont pris en charge nativement. Les données des mineurs font l'objet de protections renforcées (consentement du responsable légal). Manhaj acts as a processor on behalf of the institutions (the data controllers). To operate the platform, Manhaj relies on the following sub-processors: — Hetzner Online GmbH: hosting of the servers and databases (Germany, European Union). — File storage (documents, PDFs): self-hosted MinIO on the Hetzner infrastructure above, with no additional third party. — Cloudflare, Inc.: DNS, content delivery network, web application firewall (attack protection) and TLS encryption of the traffic. — Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France): sending of e-mails (invitations, password resets, notifications). — Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google LLC): delivery of push notifications to the mobile app. — Expo (650 Industries, Inc.): distribution of the mobile app updates; this service does not receive the institutions' data. — PostHog (hosted in the European Union): audience measurement and reporting of front-end technical errors.
